Facilities Solutions of Northeast Florida, LLC provides comprehensive project management services, guiding projects from initial planning and design through to successful construction and close-out. Their expertise encompasses developing project scopes and budgets, coordinating design teams (architects, engineers, and consultants), managing bid and award processes for construction contracts, and overseeing on-site construction activities through Construction Managers and contractors. They act as a central point of communication, providing regular reports to clients, resolving issues, and facilitating value engineering to ensure the final product aligns with contract requirements. We manage and track project budgets, review and approve payments, and coordinate the start-up of utilities for a variety of projects, including new construction, renovations, and major maintenance.

What We Do:

  • Manages construction projects from design development through construction and close-out.

  • Develops project scope and project budgets.

  • Coordinates the activities of the design team, including architects, engineers, and consultants throughout the design process.

  • Supports planning by participating in the master planning process and/or the individual project planning process.

  • Coordinates the bid/award for construction contracts and manages construction and coordinating the activities of General Contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Communicates and provides reports to the client, promulgates progress and resolves issues as they arise.

  • Facilitates value engineering ensures the final product meets the requirements of the contract documents.

  • Reviews and approves payments to design professionals, contractors, and material/equipment vendors; projects include new construction, build-out of shell spaces, renovation of existing spaces, and major maintenance of existing buildings and building systems.

  • Management and tracking of the design and construction budget.

  • Coordinates the start-up of major utilities and equipment.
